An immersive dance theater work exploring the voyeurism of collective grief.

conceived by Veronica Sofia Burt and Shaye Swanson
with collaborator & dance artist Maurice Ivy. Workshopped and premiered at vox theater through Dartmouth college and awarded the bold ventures grant.

An audience awaits a tragedy in this adaptation of Maurice Maeterlinck's 19th-century play. Featuring text from the original source material and a contemporary choral soundscape, Interior explores the voyeurism of collective grief and thrusts observers into complicity.
